Meet the Broker - Helina Carter-Thomas

Helina received her real estate license in 1997 and her brokers license in 2000. She also started Rocky Mountain Real Estate and Land in 2000. Helina was appointed to the Utah County Planning Commission in 2009 and served in that position for several years. She is a graduate of the University of Utah in Radiology Technology. She has been a resident of Utah County for most of her life and was born in Provo, Utah. She has three boys and a husband that she enjoys very much. Her family participates in the sport of rodeo, and it is something they all enjoy doing together. She is a member of the WPRA, RMPRA, and several other barrel racing associations. She has been involved in rodeo since 1990. Her association with people involved in livestock helps in the marketing of farms, ranches and horse properties. Her experience working with these types of real estate has enabled her to become knowledgeable with acreage and water rights. Helina has had experience with developing in rural areas as well as municipalities since 1998. She enjoys and is experienced in working with all aspects of real estate including farms, ranches, horse properties, residential, commercial, short sales and REO's.
